SIR Branch 170 is a social activities club for men at Lake of the Pines and is part of Sons In Retirement (SIR), a nonprofit public benefit corporation in Northern and Central California. The Mission of Sons in Retirement is to improve the lives of our members through fun activities and events while creating friends for life.

Our Branch meetings take place the 1st Wednesday of the month at the LOP Clubhouse with a business meeting followed by lunch and an interesting speaker. Additionally, special events such as beer tasting and wine tasting take place throughout the year in addition to an annual summer sweethearts luncheon with spouses/significant others as well as a Christmas dinner/dance.
